Q: Will The Wrist Armory Accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on items bought online?

A: Yes we do. Please contact us within 7 days to start the return/exchange process. Items that are being returned or exchanged must be shipped back within 14 days.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours. Otherwise, your item(s) will be shipped out.

Please note: 

Unless your items arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom/personalized orders or items on sale

Conditions of return:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unless items arrive damaged, no refund will be issued.

Q: Does The Armory make jewelry for kids?

A: Yes, for children ages 5 and up. Kids bracelets are custom order only. We do not recommend jewelry for children under 5 because it could be hazardous. 

Q: How do we contact The Armory to place custom orders?

Q: Can The Wrist Armory accept large orders for bracelets?

Yes! Any order, no matter how big or small will be accepted. Please understand that large custom orders will require a deposit up front for HALF of the agreed amount. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us!
